Ok planning on making a fan bus. BUt i need help with 2 things before i buy the parts. Im gona make the caseing for it and all that but the connectors are my problem. Im planning on using either a 3.5mm phono plug or a 2.5mm power plug as connectors but i dont know which one would be better for the job. That im not positive if the ones i chosed will match each other. The phono plugs Jack Plug How hard is it to wire this plug never wired one before or would it be better to use an already wired plug. The power plug plug jack I know this would be easy to wire but do the plug and jack match. If you have a better choice for the plugs then i am free to options. Im just looking for a way to connect them. NO terminal strips hate them and think they would look bad.
I don't know the name of the connector in english, here it's called National, it has one pole inside and one pole on the outside of the plug, with this ones there is no way you can short something. If you use stereo jacks and plugs, you have to use a switch or something to cut the circuit, otherwise, if it's always on, you won't be able to plug a fan since you might short it.
