I have a similar thread to this one posted on some of my favorite forums in the modding community. I though you guys might like to see some of these based on all the great comments you guys posted on my other threads.
I have been making custom fan grills for a while now, these are some of my favorite ones of all time.

What material did you use... does it restrict airflow much?

This is one in a set of coke themed grills for a customer. Have a Coke and a :)
Pardon the jingles, when i was a kid the soda wars were hot and heavy so my poor mind is forever etched with them, especially the Coke ads from the late 70's and through the 80's since Coke is headquartered here in Atlanta.
This one is painted freehand, no stencils, no stickers or vinyl. What you see is paint applied with 2 different brushes and colors mixed by eye to match an old coke sign.

Forgot to photo them with the mesh installed, so here it is.
