    Internal I/O Connectors:

    1 x Floppy Drive Connector
    1 x Front Audio
    1 x CPU FAN
    1 x System FAN
    1 x Chassis FAN

    1 x Case Open Connector
    1 x AUX_IN
    1 x CD_IN
    1 x IrDA
    1 x S/PDIF
    1 x Game Connector
    2 x USB Port

What do those fan things mean? What's a system fan vs a Chassis fan? Also does this mean I can only have three fans in my computer total? Is there a way, without really soldering anything, that I could have more? (Ideally, I'd like to have 4 case fans)

All that means is the total number of 3-pin fans you can have plugged into the motherboard. You can have any number of fans plugged directly into the PSU, either directly or with 3-pin to 4-pin adapters.

If the fans are terminated with a 3-pin connector, you'll need an adapter to plug them into your PSU. If they use a standard molex connector, then you can just plug it straight into one of your PSU's molexes.
