    best fanspeed for the noise

im watercooling my cmoputer now, and im looking for the fan that pushes the most CFM with the lowest noise rating.
i want silent, but i also need a lot of cfm as its cooling a radiator

    what would you guys recommend?

if its 120 mm, i'd reccomend silenx fans... 40 ish cfm at 11 dbA. they also make a 60 ish cfm at 14 dbA. there expensive, though. the LED models cost us$30 ish each. without LEDs cost us$29 (edit: sorry, typo. $25 ish.)

I like the Enermax fans. They are adjustable, pretty quiet and good quality.

room for a 120mm-80mm adaptor? use one as a shroud, and go for the bigger, quiter fan.

If you can fit it (internally even if you're using it as an exhaust) a 120mm with adaptor is best. Look for 'globalwin', 'nexus' or 'papst' for really good fans. Nexus fans tend to be very quiet but with low CFM. I've got a papst 4412 on my shuttle at 2% with speedfan and it gives amazing flow and zero noise over GFX fan.

Globe fans are probably the most regarded at http://www.silentpcreview.com/ which are a really good place to look for info on, guess what? silent PCs :D

Again, good flow and silent and don't suffer from problematic clicking of silentX fans, but they're again v expensive.
