FPS: Timesplitters 1 and 2. Or Goldeneye RPG: Morrowind RTS: Age of Empires 2(pinnacle of Esemble), Starcraft TBRTS: CIV Alpha Centauri Racing: NFS: HP2 and GTR TPS: Hitman series, Mercenaries Adventure: Grim Fandango, DoTT
There must be over 1000 ways to complete this game, open missions in an open world. Lots of other games are good. but this is the best
NFSMW It's the only game that i've played from start to finish more than a couple of times. The mods which can be done are pretty good. Adding all sort of cars, from cops to Ferrari's is pretty easy, but i'd like to learn how to scratch build cars... i don't have anywhere near that much time free though! Close runners up for me are racing simulators, but i have to mention Gran Turismo as the best (played it under windows via emulator) & GTA San Andreas. Vice City & previous NFS games were all awesome aswell when they came out. NFSMW sort of mixes GT & GTA = Cheesecake I haven't tried undercover or nitro yet, i'm not exactly a hard core gamer I haven't ever played Dues Ex either i don't think... i've played a bit of doom, counter strike, tried crysis, but i prefer racing & even flying games. I used to love descent actually... that was a while ago!
I couldn't pick one today if i spent months trying.. but i can say that gta series has a special place in my heart. When i got my first ps2. and gta 3 for Christmas. i remember playing the game all day. and time literally "flew by" It was dark out side by the time i realized what kind of time i spent. the first driver is a fantastic game.. Oblivion was pretty fun at the time too.. i like open world stuff. i guess i need to check out deus ex from the sound of it. i tried it before but it didn't click for me. i'll give it another go.
Most Memorable Games: Half-Life (Played TFC and CS in its first release to death) Unreal Tournament, Unreal Tournament 2, Unreal Tournament 3 ( #1 Still calls to me ) Half-Life 2 - At the time the effects were amazing. Quake & Quake 2 I play a lot of TF2 now, its not fantastic but it's fun for an hour or so... I'm also a WOW fan, but my gf keeps me in this reality
Old enough to buy alochol so it's all good But whats 'young' about not being able to chose a favourite game? If anythign it's normally younger people that choose their favourite game of the moment as their favourite game of all time and is likely to change
I have a nice big list of favourite games: PC: Baldur's Gate 2 Neverwinter Nights (just for the number of modules you could get, a lot of the user stuff was brilliant) Deus Ex America's Army (when it first came out before all the special forces maps) Operation Flashpoint Playstation: Final Fantasy VII, VIII, IX Playstation 2: Gran Turismo 3 XBox 360: Halo 3 Fallout 3 Multiple: GTA (any of them except 2)
Based on nothing more than how much fun I had playing them, usually with mates (which will obviously vary greatly from person to person), and in no particular order: Total Annihilation Goldeneye Gran Turismo (the original) GTA: Vice City Half-Life 2 Judging objectively what the best game of all time was is much, much harder, however.
Only because I like the multiplayer, I would probably put COD and CS:S up there but I've never played either online
PC RPG: Morrowind Shooter: Bioshock RTS: AoE 2 Console Bomberman (don't know what part) Final Fantasy VI-IX
I hate you, but I find my mouse drawn to the rep button because that was a FLAWLESS VICTORY (or loss). Whatever, I don't care.
Unreal online ....Never gets old . Xenon Amiga Defender of the crown .Atari st Super contra ..snes Nodes of yesod zx spectrum Pssst zx spectrum
hmmm... on N64, has to be Rush 2049 and Perfect Dark on Xbox... definitely GTA San Andreas PC... Warcraft 3 and Starcraft for RTS, Diablo 2 for RPG, Half Life and Return to Castle Wolfenstein for FPS
If I have to name one and only one... You all see me coming .. UT for the sake of this thread, I will name only UT and nothing else, but there would be lots and lots of games if i were to make a list
