got a very nicely setup xp sp2 that i don't want to wreck along with the fact i haven't got the discs here with my lappy at present to reformat/reinstall everything...
so.... i've got my nice xp sp2 install already on so if i install fedora will it partition my sata hdd correctly/give me options to do so along with installing grub/a dual boot menu for me to use to boot xp/fedora?

i'm probably being paranoid but i haven't used fedora since core 4... that was yonk's ago but worked fine on a single hdd when i'd previously had xp installed first.
    so will it be fine?
any hardware problems im going to encounter?

dell inspiron 6400 / core duo 1.6ghz / 1gb ram / 80gb sata hdd / dvdrw (sata i think) / ati mobility x1300 / XyXEL G-202 WiFi stick... (really need that to work as I don't like the range on the built in intel one)

so what do you guys reckon? dvd should be done by 11/midnight tonite so replies asap please haha.
    cheers

    You should be oykay.

If the installer doesn't automatically add the Windows entry into the GRUB booting list, then you can add it manually later (by editing the menu.lst file).

I'd have a google about if I was you or www.fedoraforum.org. i've never tried that set up but know what a PITA trying to get specific ATI cards to be picked up has been, also may not be teh case anymore but I know in 6 and 7 it was a mission getting wireless installed... although never tried it with wireless myself. I think Glider is the Linux bloke to ask

I'd expect issues with the ATi card and wireless stick and the installer does give you the options to set-up the partitions, etc so that shouldn't be any problem.
