was told during the week that the site I write for (deviantpc) was going to close the following day, have been doing articles/reviews since october so was a tad annoyed.
give me a chance it only happened the other day. To be honest I don't think I can be bothered to get to know a load of people again.
I don't know the site, but couldn't you and a few other regulars offer to take it over?? short of that see if another site will publish some of your work? oh and lemon jelly also cheers me up. those ducks swimming in the water make me giggle!

Now It's Overhead - Hold Your Spin A wonderfully lovely feel-good song. Relevant lyrics... To a degree. Hope everything turns out alright Lazy
Loud bass is fun he he back in 2001 I disconnected my main subwoofer and........ I found an very old no-name sub sitting about in my room, is was a real POS so my friend and I hooked it up to my car amplifier free-air (no enclosure) to see what it could take, the is amp was bridged to 280 wrms. With the headunit on 10 I put a bass disk on, WOW it takes it, so we turn it up to 20 it takes the bassy tunes so we give it tones from 10 hz to 55 hz and it takes it. So I turn the head unit to 25 and play 40 hz BUUUUUUUZZZZZZZZZZ, the subwoofer starts to smoke a bit and is clearly in distress, so I turn it a bit more up to 30 and play 10 hz, clang clang clang hard bottoming through over excurtion, 15 hz clank clank clank still not dead yet, 20 hz Buzzzzzzz still not dead yet, 25 hz Buzzzz clang clang ohhh more smoke and speaker looks like its on its way out, 30 hz and buzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz clank clank crackle it just stops moving and give out major static sounds, I quickly tune off the power because my boot is smoking a lot and the voice coil stinks hmmmmm crispy. It was fun it took 10 mins of pure power to blow, it that was surprisingly tough to kill for a cheap subwoofer. I normally listen quite loud but I never torture nice main home speakers or car audio system.
