hmm fev-station perhaps... meanwhile.. not anti-xbox or anything but i want an XP possible machine as a "just in case". That and i had a spare desktop box going, may as well use it.
Heh, no problem, I like the XBOX as a enternment/gaming centre (chips are £25 for a good one). And they're dead easy to make silent. Wait for glider to come round, he'll tell you about Linux on it Other then fev-station, fevtainment, fevtastic or keeping it nice and simple. FMPC
IMHO .. for multimedia nothing can beat a cheap XBOX + free soft mod, I had built a least 6 HTPC in the last 2 years, didn't want to use an XBOX; my wife got me one for xmas; never go back to a pc again. But building a good HTPC is a good challenge, have fun and keep on going.
ok all good names, now to reveal what i'm doing with the name... on the front is going to be a piece of plexi, sprayed black behind for that "iPC" look. Using a silver or white pen i'm thinking of writing the name of it on the front, (behind the plexi) then lighting behind it with blooo
