    Well hes the named driver and hes going to be the main user then its not fronting. cause he is the main driver now if he mum was the main driver but he was teh main user then that would be fronting

    Freedom, I think you've got your wires crossed. What we're talking about is if he was an additional named driver on the policy, rather than the main, policy-holding, driver; which is fronting.

    Yes they would. If you crash the car and they refuse to pay, surely they would have to prove that you've been driving the car most of the time when you said someone else was.

    It's who was driving at the time of the crash that matters. As long as you're a named driver, they should pay out.

    Yes xen0morph, but legally the policy holder has to be the main driver of the car.
