    Hello bit-tech and all members...

I am pretty sure on my design for my next computer case and I was wondering if I could get some input from maybe some experienced modders.

The theme of my next rig is going to be the Big O. And what I am mostly wondering about is maybe what supplies I would want to use, besides the standard dremmel and such... Like working materials to possibly form shapes and stuff.

Any ways to keep it short, if any one would be willing to help then could you take a glance at these pictures of "The Big O" and possibly just give a few pointers.

What I was possibly thinking was trying to get certain features of that big mech into a computer case... Any kind of information or help would be greatly appreciated.

I thought you meant 'orgasm'. I was expecting some soft porn or a guide to getting Big O's...

I'll post something constructive though - Gun Metal is a good colour looking at them pictures. And the mech's arms, cylindrical... how about 2 reservoirs on either side of the case, resembling his arms???

How about using the cockpit cover (red screen) to cover drive bays?

I was also thinking of trying to get those big rivets into my case as well.. I would just need to find something to resemble then... and I was thinking of trying to get the chenter chest piece under the drivebays, possibly acting as a fangrill or something..

Also what would be the best way to get a worn metal effect? One that looks realistic and not overdone

It would look awesome if you could cast it in pewter, if you know any workshops/have a blowtorch you can do it, you just need a mdf mould. It wouldn't be too hard, considering the effect it would give, just get some block of mdf and carve them. Use "pop-rivets" if you are in the UK, they are super-easy to use.

Wouldn't pewter be too soft of a metal to use as a computer case?

And oh yeah, I would definitely have some sort of LCD on it that would say across it on start up, "CAST YE IN THE NAME OF GOD, YE NOT GUILTY"

and yeah, this came out as my overall choice of my next computer. It was also inlines with possibly the Hyaku Shiki from Gundam Zeta
