Sorry about that I am at work and I got called away from PC. That and I wrote a long post before and it didnt work cause I just registered :wallbash:

    So for the second time

I have a PC that is probally over 4 years old and need to build a new rig. I would like to do it myself because well I would like to feel like I know what I'm doing.

I mainly play flight simulators FPS and RTS games i.e. IL2, Lock On, America's Army Dawn of War etc.. All of these games are soon to be using new engines that my current system can't handle.

I would like to build a PC that will be to play the games of today and tomorro at full detail. I'm currently playing DOW2 on lowest settings and it's just not cutting it.

So here's what I have in mind for a build. My plan of action is to order/upgrade as I go with my first purchase being enough to actually having a running system if possible. I will be able to make upgrades monthly until satisfied.

    So heres my questions/requirements
    1. Must be able to play in HD 1920x1080
    2. What is the minimum amount of Hardware I need to get running; shooting around $1500.00
    3. Will the case I have be big enough for the graphic card I want or maybe bigger ones. I've heard some of the newer cards sit so far off the MoBo that it can be a problem.
    4. I know that Win Xp 32bit cannot read the full 6gb of ram I want to get nor does it run DX10. But with Win7 coming out would I be alright just using XP til then or should i get Vista. I dont really wanna waste money on Vista to only use it for a year or less.
    5. I want a good solid foundation to work from but at the same time be somewhat economical. Any change in my listed hard ware to save a few bucks?

Not as good as my first post but you try to recreate the Mona Lisa.

Like I said For games out right now especially DOW 2 all I want is to be able to play at full settings (Ultra) If I can skimp somewhere and then upgrade it later please let me know so I can adjust my pricing. For instance I will only be getting one video card for now and will go SLI later.

So here it is, price for everything here is about $2200.00:
