I do hope you're not referring to the original 1965 version? http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0059183/

For that movie is a total classic. I dare anyone to watch Jimmie Stewart start the engine without holding their breath!

Sounds really awesome, reminds me of Lost to a certain extent.

Could be really fun if NPC's weren't soo aggressive, although imagine that adds to the realism somewhat.

Will keep an eye on this one.

How many people here have ever packed cans of sprite and fanta into their hold luggage? I'm guessing "not many" is the answer......this game looked like it could be great if it were just a bit more "Castaway" (struggling with the basics with NO handy manual) and a little less "Lost" (polar bears and unexplained black grabby smoke)

Great write-up, sounds really interesting but hard! Sounds like a game to keep an eye on for sure as it develops.

The general consensus regarding the cave is that it is inevitable with the attacks continually ramping up until you have no option but to be overcome and dragged there. After that things seem to die down a little and you get more time to set up some more permanent shelter such as a decent log cabin.

I've been reading people experiences in this game and I can honestly say that this is the first game in a long long time that sounds like something truly different and something that I am genuinely excited for.

Sounds great! I wonder how much of it is enjoying it through the write-up though...

I've already bought it, but yet to play it. Intending to wait until it gets a bit more polished. Agree it looks brilliant, and it's one of the games I'm most excited for of late.

I'd not heard of it. I'm definitely going to be taking a look.it seems like it is right up my street. I just don't seem to be able to get any time at the minute for gaming. Hopefully when winter comes round I will have more time.
Great review, now I'm off to find more out about the game.
