FIXED: new Hanns·G HW-191DPB monitor kinda weird...

    So i just bought my new monitor, a Hanns·G HW-191DPB and everything would be GREAT! except in darker areas, i get green dots all over the place that flicker but stay in generally the same area.

    they show up kinda streaky in this picture i took but that's just the camera movement.

    i'd really appreciate it!

    EDIT: it must be something wrong with the DVI cable because i switched to the VGA cable and it's perfect - it was giving me HUGE problems in ubuntu linux so i'm gonna see if that is fixed as well.

    EDIT2: everything fixed with the VGA cable in linux as well, i'm going to see if i can just trade in for a new DVI because they can be expensive! lol, VGA looks great though!
