Modding Flame polishing lexan (polycarbonate)

    Can lexan, or polycarbonate, be flame polished the same way acrylic glass can?

    The answer is yes,but that dosn't mean it's good
    IMHO flame polishing is the worst way you can get your edges clear,it'll round your edged and if it cools too rapidly it'll crack into a million little nightmares.
    Better go with the long way and sand to almost clear and use NOVUS 2 and 1 :thumb:
