ok i have downloaded th flash menu v1.36 from abit.com , now has anybody used this "one click " and "step by step" feature that it has which is o so tempting ? i have the v1.6 and as some one pointed out in my other post (UPDATE bios) i need 1.9 as i have had problems with the cpu not being able to clock it downwards and the mem timings , i have the Corsair pc4400 @ 3.0-4-4-8 in the CPU-Z ! at 167mhz which is shoddy and on the mem its self and off overclockers it says 2.5-4-4-8 which it can handle up to 275mhz!! so why is this ? but plz help me as much as poss thank u very much peeps for your time
