Development Flash Professional - Worth the extra?

    I am about to upgrade/crossgrade from the Mac Dreamweaver Studio 4 to the PC Dreamweaver Studio MX 2004, my flat mate is a teacher so I can get it for education rates

    Studio MX 2004 with Flash Professional Student Boxed Edition for £219.99

    Or

    Studio MX 2004 Student Boxed Edition for £174.99

    The only difference appears to be one has Standard Flash and the other has professional Flash, so the question is it worth the extra £45?
