if you are using UV paint then get a UV black light. I would stick to one colour though rather than mix blue and green. I allways think one colour looks that bit better

It'd be nice to know what color your case is. Do you have molding around the window? If so, have you considered transluscent molding? Some colors bleed through it and have a greater affect (good). When you say flourescent paint, I am supposing it is UV sensitive that you have in mind. If you plan on using other UV mods such as cabling, molex, fans, LEDS, sheathing or wiring then painting your entire case that same color can overwhelm the view. Have you considered your total picture?

Silver is good with translucent molding. If you want your MOBO and *stuff* to stand out then a plain flourescent paint won't accentuate it as well. If you have white anywhere on the board or you paint it carefully, then you can highlight the board under UV dramatically.

Place a light of the UV color that you will be using in the case also. Having both choices on seperate inverters (each with its own switch) will give you the option of having pure UV, no UV, lights, lights & UV, and nothing.

Better ask that in the forum as a seperate question where people from over there are likely to see it. I found it difficult to obtain without buying an entire window kit. Also, there is Googol.
