any one where been to a foam party?

and amyone here who lives in manchester been to the ones a 5th avenue?

i just got back from the 5th avenue one tonight and it was epic so much foam it was upto my neck my mate tried to drown me in it

wtf? That just sounds bizarre. Almost tempted to look into it, I'm not too far from Manchester.

 

its just when a club does a normal night mut the have cannons fireing foam. e.g whashing up liquid + water sorta foam and its so fun as you get very drenched and just have a wicked time unless you inhale loads like i managed to do

I've been to a couple, and yes, they are pretty epic, however, a couple of the girls I've gone with have been quite short and choked a bit, being over 6ft is alright, but if you are a bit of a short arse, *sometimes* it can get a bit crazy.

In general though, great fun, just dont wear anything good lol

 

Foam Parties are great for spreading STD's apparantly Just as a warning!

and i am 5'9" and had no real problems apart from when my mate tripped me over which was a bit annoying

 

lol - sounds like fun. I'll have to check it out whenever I'm about a decent town. Lincolnshire isn't the best place to find these parties. The best we can do are sunday morning vegetable markets with a radio...

I do have vague recollections of going to one in Ibiza when I was still at university... I don't remember seeing any monkey business - that happened at the popcorn party the night after (same idea, just with popcorn... and, yes, you shouldn't eat it!)

Best part of that was watching someone doing a Klinsmann into the couple getting down and dirty.

Yeah I used to go to the foam parties at 5th all the time and just go in general it used to be a brilliant club, after the 100th one though they kinda got boring. Tbh they became too well known, you get alot of idiots in there just for the foam, people who wouldnt necessarily go otherwise. The queue to get in is annoying as hell aswell

 

yea the queue was a bit big when i got there about 9:45 for 10pm doors but i got in fairly fast and the bars were still empty cause of the huge queue at the coat check

 

Don’t use Fairy liquid.

We have foam parties every now and then at our local clubs but the best ones are the day glow parties.

 

I must say I've never bothered with a foam party. 5th is quite entertaining though. Be nice to people on the bar, my sister works there.

 

Oo, Never been to 5th Avenue, My bday this weekend so I'll check it out.

I've been to opus, Pure, tiger tiger, lounge31, birdcage and M-Two.

Any other good ones? Hows "sugar lounge"?
