Oh my life I dont have that issue... can I get a back issue purchased?
I'm sure they can arrange a back issue but you'd have to contact someone in the mag (or contact James)
Well just tried to buy it with my Zuni account, they charged my paypal account £4.20 for the issue but it now pops up with a system error when reading it!!!
Gggrrrrr just emailed there support. I'd much prefer a hard copy if I can get hold of one.
PM sent ... thanks and also to the Doc.
Just posted you my copy - let me know when you get it
+ "An unknown but epic amount of Rep"
Can't wait to see this months copy.... probably land on Monday
Who updates the list of folders of the month?
I update and will get the list fully upto date over the weekend....
OOOO i mite actualy get a mention this month in the back for reaching the 100,000 mark.
I will be happy when i get into the top 1000 Should be by the end of the weekend hopefully.
Out of interest, whats the rough criteria for picking folder of the month? sorry if thats been asked already!
Yay - folder of the month for June!
It's a highly scientific process involving output, forum contribution & bribes.
Is that another way of saying "Lucky Dip", with names pulled out of a hat ? Or this dudes gob -->
No no no, it's actually quite simple:
((Overall monthly score - Cost of equipment + number of folding related posts)/Relix factor)*cheesecake eaten (grams) + 10 for each time yodasarmpit has swung his lightsabre at you and missed = Score
Highest score wins
How did you guess my formula?
Just found out today that I'm in this month's issue. My first paper copy in a while It just happens to coincide with taking my systems offline temporarily and selling off the MB/CPU from one of them. Should have the other back up soon, possibly with a 4-way quad-core Opteron build I'll be playing with shortly
Congrats. It's nice to see that people still read the magazine.
Absolutely, 100% this ^
Congrats on the folder of the month. Wish I could keep up with the technology, or even just get my 295 running, but for now, just plodding along, keeping you bog shots at arms length
This hasn't been posted in, in over 18 months! I'm this issue's (134) Folder of the Month.
nice write up mike
