For Sale section in forums?

    Just curious alot of other hobby related forums i am on have for sale sections for members to advertise there related wares (Hard/Soft) to other members.

    Obviously such a section would need various "we are not responsible, buyer beware, trade using appropriate methods like paypal" style clauses in a sticky in it, thought other forums allow for a section to members to advertise there items that are related to the forum/hobby/interest even those by posting a ebay link so that other members who maybe interested can look to buy.

    Is there a plausible to have a for sale section on the bit-tech forum as there does not seem to be one?
