    Edit, even better:

    SELECT name, rep, postcount, (rep/postcount) AS rep_ratio FROM `forum_members` ORDER BY rep_ratio DESC LIMIT 20;

    Or something like that, I haven't used SQL aliases in a long time.

    I have an idea make 3 or so different catagories e.g modding and hardware, Art and photography and then the rest so gaming and the demote thread. then take nominations for each catagory then for 3 weeks have a differnet catagory being voted on each week so week 1 art etc then in week 4 have the winners for each section against each other in a member of the year poll that way we see the individual winners and an overall winner
