http://www.lian-li.com/v2/en/product/product06.php?pr_index=584&cl_index=1&sc_index=53&ss_index=140 I've been looking for more HDD than my Q11 supports. Now just need to upgrade the underclocked Athlon II X2 250 to a full X3 440 so it'll play 1080p stuff, update Windows to setup XBMC or MCE and it'll have my new server/HTPC! Only thing left to find is a PCIe SATA card as my mini-ITX board only has 4 SATA.
Yes it's alu is mahoosively expensive, but as Lian Li make their cases in Taipei, I'm hoping it'll be cheaper here. Providing I can find one.
£95-£110 here in the UK and you can get a foam silencing kit for them as well. A few reviews: http://www.techspot.com/review/446-lian-li-pc-q25/ http://www.missingremote.com/review/lian-li-pc-q25-chassis http://www.tweaktown.com/reviews/42..._pc_q25_mini_q_sff_chassis_review/index1.html http://www.overclockers.com/lian-li-pc-q25 There are a few forum posts around the web that mention side panel vibration.
Vibration is always present in many Lians if you've got a lot of HDD unfortunately. I've changed my mind now. I want the X500F instead, then I'll donate my A04 to be the HTPC as it already has 7 HDD spots I'm half tempted to take the bus down to their doorstep and buy straight out the factory, should be slightly cheaper.
