Can't believe I never saw this before. Only 11 posts in 2 1/2 years! I think I need to participate a little more or it will be 2017 before I'll get free postage. I can't remember how many orders I've placed with Scan over the years :wallbash:

I seem to have lost the free delivery on my account, is it possible to get it back?
If I try to re-add it I get 'Your bit-tech.net account has already been used for free carraige' which is true I suppose!

    1) I didn't use the same email account for my account here and my Scan account, so it won't let me take advantage of this. Edit: Just had to change the email account set to my Bit-Tech account.

    2) I've already ordered my two or three items, so that's me done for another 6-10 years (hopefully) anyway.

    Well **** it.

Over the last few years I've enjoyed the free delivery, now and then from Scan, via Bit-Tech; has this now ended?

I get the same thing. One delivery was free and then another a few weeks later I was charged delivery.

Is this a one free delivery per month deal?

Still works for me, but only for baskets over 20 quid (as has always been the case, IIRC). Are lots of people having problems with it?

Worked for me last week, remember it is £20 EXCLUDING VAT before you get the free delivery.

The £20 is reasonable and easy to do as scan caries so many things other computer sites don't. Once I get 20 posts I will definitely take advantage of this as I have placed many orders through them in the past before reading about this partnership.

Not really sure what more info we need, tbh :D

Loftie, my suggestion would be to contact Scan directly. If you've not had your account flagged for free delivery then Scan will need to do that for you, and if there's a problem then they'll be able to help out more than we can :)

Like if he doesn't know how to link accounts, or if he's getting some error, of if he's got a confirmation that they're linked but when he tries to buy something of an unspecified price the free delivery doesn't come up etc.

Bah, after deciding to re-add it it's informed me I already have it. Messed about with the cost and it shows up a £50, so at some point in time I must have added, what I assume to be, an avforum account. Damn. ><

Odd, I wonder if it's because one of the things is a Today Only item. I'll try with normal items, see if it's the same.

Nope, just added some stuff in, still took £24 to get Free Del.

Wonder if it's doubling up the "before VAT" bit, as the £4 extra is 20% of £20.

    *EDIT*

I'm a Moron. Need to read things more carefully.

I thought the subtotal was (exc VAT), but it's not, it's inc VAT, so yeah, working as it should.

    Is free delivery revoked?

Trying to order some bits and bobs but it's charging me carriage?
