You need premiere or VIP collections (whatever they are), I can't get it with my 120 meg and phone plan.

IIRC you need to have one of the TV/BB packages not just internet...

    ahh right ... My Bad

    Yeah you're totally correct.

You need a VIP or Premium package.

Just as well I fired mine up because I am downgrading to Broadband only soon.

The email is misleading as it doesn't mention anything about needing premier or VIP. It just states it's for broadband customers.

VM have done free spotify for a long time. They teamed up over a year ago I think, as Atomic said, they did originally do 6 motnhs free for new customers (or new Broadband customers)

I would deffo recommend speaking with them if you have three services, since prem colleciotn is £62.99 with 60mb (inc VAT and phoneline cost) and with anyone going for 60mb or faster now, they will get superhub 2. much better wifi I've heard. Virgin media know the superhub is crap*
(* denotes the poster did not say this)

Side note, any virgin questions, I'm happy to answer for you as best I can.

Well got an email today saying my 3 months Spotify Premium is now active. Turns out it is available for broadband-only customers like myself...

Just took a lot longer than the 72 hours they promised!

Good to see it's still available, although I don't use it I do know people who do use it.

What I will say is though, that it can take a while to get activated since for some reason some times it doesn't show up for some people who, are eligible for it sometimes it will take a phone call or two to get it sorted.
