    I was listening into the Activision/Blizzard investor conference call yesterday for info on D3 beta when I heard this also. Interesting development and definitely something I'll take advantage of, having held back on the purchase for a myriad of reasons.

    Unlimited MP on restricted map set is a pretty good offer but you can only be Terran.

    End of the day I'm sure Blizz will bring a half mil of new people to the game and thus make some cash.

    Remember though, you can watch replays of ANY race. So you can follow tournaments, download replays, watch the top players, things like that :)

    When the price for the game that was released over a year ago actually drops i might consider buying it. Until then ActiBliz's attempts to get me to buy this game at full launch price will go unheeded.

    Any one happen to see the cost of the full version?

    Play.com have retail at £33 and Battle.net has DDL at £45. Over a year after release.

    And what's with the 8gb file size?
