    So, will the fine for Qualcomm end up being higher or lower than when Intel did the same?:D

    On another note, if Apple saved money on patent royalties it does make their product prices even more indefensible than they already where.

    Really? If there were no FTC, there'd be no AMD and Intel would be doing a lot worse than overcharging for dual-core chips.
