I was wondering about the cooling benefits of completely submerging ur pc into a colling solution..such as computer oils or deionised water....??

you will never ever have 100% pure water so, submerging your system in de-ionized water wouldnt work. But people have been using mineral and transformer oils for quite some time now.

i once looked into submerging the entire system in flourinert, till i found out the pricetag on this stuff. the good thing about it was that it evaporates with no residue, is non conductive and has a very low freezing point. my original idea was to cool a TEC with watercooling and then submerge the pc with flourinert. get the flourinert cold with the TEC and have the outlet of the flourinet directly over the cpu. it might have worked well with the proper equipment, but it's just not practical in terms of cost effectiveness.

i'd say you are better off doing watercooling or phase change
