    Looks pretty accurate, MS obviously still haven't managed to make an OS to replace XP in 11 years.

    Yes indeed, most people still prefer XP to vista.

    The laser keyboard is nothing new, you've been able to get them for years.

    I certainly hope this is not the future for computing by 2020, i would hope that i dont even need a pen by 2020.

    That's more personal opinion than anything, I much prefer Vista over XP, and Windows 7 over Vista. :thumb:

    reminded me of that look around you program that took the mick out of educational videos.

    i've seen more entertaining videos about the future, tbh.

    To be fair, we have no idea where technology could take us within the next 10 years, we could end up with all manner of technical devices if current experimentation pans out.

    Even just extrapolating current trends in capacity and speed, we'll end up with something pretty damn exciting by 2020.

    I don't know about 2020 but...

    I reckon 2040 -> Headcomputer

    Modding will need a working knowledge of Genetics, Cybernetics & Neuroscience! :p
    The internet will be more akin to the Matrix of Gibson's novels (Neuromancer, Count Zero, etc), Governments will be replaced by megacorporations and World War 3 will be a three-faction war between Microsoft, Apple and the United Linux Federation. :p

    I can't say I'd want my computer to be in a pen... doesn't seem very practical (easy to lose, impossible to fix if something goes wrong inside?)
    I do see in 2020 having computers scaled down significantly due to the increase in study of nanotechnology, but probably not to the size of a pen..

    Most people who haven't used vista extensively :)

    I'm somewhat dubious over the pen one, but the Microsoft one seems alright - even though it was basically a big "organic LCD is going to be absolutely everywhere and we are gonna make some sweet interface stuff for it".

    Morph phone is also awesome :)
