Graphics Fuzzy text on GFX card- overheated? Busted?

I have an ATi radeon 7500 that has been modded with a zalman silent heatsink a long while ago.

However now i have noticed the text is pretty blurred when i use that card? On the standard d-sub analouge out, but with either a tft or crt.

Im guessin its dying?? I dont pay much attention to he gfx card scene. I just stuck a GF3 in my box and its frikkin noisey

The only thing that may have hurt my card was when i overclocked it and blew my PSU up....but that was a long while agao to.

Sorry for the faitly incoherant post, really i just want to know if fuzzy text is a common problem and what may fix it?
