lets scrap the politics here for a moment and realise whats being made.

he making one of the best cases ever concieved

for me that means hours of enjoyment, looking at posts, looking at the design. saying wow non-stop for 2 hrs after first seeing it.

for you that means enjoyement and inspiration

and for g-nome it means, a staggering case at the end, and being the proud owner of the best case in existance.

i literally cannot wait untill the update. for my sake please stay up all night getting in finished.

    g-nome. rock on

Hmm... I think I got it straight, but about what time CET (Central European Time i.e. GMT+1) will the update be? I think it will be at latest monday about noon, but I'm not sure :eyebrow:

Well...Normally when it's about 12am down under it's something like 2-3am up here in the north.

The Australian westcoast is about 10 hours after us Europeans.

I can't wait for the update G-gnome, your case is comming along extremley well. :thumb:

I just registered as well (I know, jump on the band wagon), but I have read every single post from both part 1 and part 2.

I am not gonna praise you, I mean be honest, do you really NEED any more? But, I just gotta say, screw computer parts, motherboard, etc... this is one heck of a purty box just as it is. In fact I really considered using the project log to build my own box, just for decoration (but the cost of the basic case alone is WAY too rich for my blood, and it goes up from there :duh: :sigh: :D ). I mean, the logs are so well written, I believe I could use it just like an instruction manual, and the parts you don't explain are the functional parts that don't change the decor anyway. If you look at the last updated picture, that things is a beautiful piece of art, doncha think?

I'd be afraid to use it for that which it was built for. Hey maybe it could be converted into an aquarium or something, hehe.

Anyway, great job so far, very innovative and creative. (<-- not praise, just compliments :p )

Its like we are all in the Official G-Gnome Fan-Club and we are all waiting for his next release  Setting our clocks and lives to G-Gnomes updates, although it is all well worth it for the pleasure of viewing his excellent creations.

Just wanted to say to G-Gnome.. Good luck on the presentation tomorrow. I can probably imaging the amount of pressure you are under to make this successful. I gotta say, whatever you do, it will be like no other mod and it has definitely raised the bar for everyone. I truly tip my hat to a true innovator in the pc world. thanks m8tee!

Surely all this pressure for an update from fans of the impressive ORAC, makes G-gnome very very nervous to do anything to the case incase he manages to mess something up!

    Just wondering...

I will save G-Gnome some time so he can concentrate on writing the update, and answer this one for him. He has answered this question more than any other in the thread, if you had read the entire thread you would know that. He has not told us exactly how much he spent, just saying it was alot pretty much. Just a tip, read before you post, may save you some time of writing up a post ;) :p
