    Ok everyone!

I am one of those who has signed up to simply say this is the most amazing thing I have ever seen.

Not only is it an amazing mod in and of itself, but G-gnome is incredible when it comes to creating a project log that rules!!!! :thumb:

It seems now he has launched for himself a secondary career as an author of how-to lessons that we should all pay much attention to!!!

I myself have not done any mods to my machine other than using plastic tie wraps to neaten up the cables somewhat, but G-gnome is a definite inspiration, and even though I doubt I will ever attempt a mod as extreme as Orac, I do believe when I build my next machine, it will have some extra visual stuff done to it for appearances sake alone.

And of course, due to G-gnome's work of art, I am going to be perusing the other project logs on here as well, as I am certain there are other amazing things yet for me to discover and drool over!!!

To all of you modders here, a big thumbs up for the artistic achievements you are sharing with the rest of the tech world!!!!

wow....... i just read 61 pages of posts in ohne day..... i love it... this is really the best case i've ever seen.... the focus on wiring, i dont think has ever been so intense and well executed, i love the wiring....

and i was thinking, people are saying there are alot of wires in there, but i think that if everyone were to do what you did to your wires, it would look like pretty much the same amount of wires, assuming they had 4 PCBs and all that good stuff in there.....

i love the attention 2 detail, to be totally honest, i was going to go w/ the same green/clear acyrlic theme, but now i'm gonna feel bad cuz everyone's gonna say i stole it. but i'm definitely going to do the wires like you did, cuz it makes the case beautiful.... i'm going 2o be building my own case from acrylic 2, when i get money to get started.....

btw, this is my first post........

    Hi skyrex,

I got it at the big Models and Hobbies store in Hunter St (up from the Games Workshop store) - I can't remember what it's called but it's the only one in the central city (possibly called 'frontline'??). There's a whole wall of architectural model making stuff near the remote control aircraft and boats section.

Also - to all who have posted recently - thank you for all the nice feedback and (to those newly joined) welcome to the forums! I hope you will stick around and check out the other project logs here as well as the awesome articles on the main site.

Give him time Everybody! He has a job which takes him away from his workshop, and none of us want him to rush it!

The guy's put enough effort into the project and the logs already, so it will get done in due course. G-gnome's also Bit-tech staff so I'm sure he's aware of his responsibility.. :)

In the mean time, welcome to the forums! hope you have fun with your own projects...

I did not intend to make him rush it. Then you missed the point of my post. I just want a (even unprecise) date to aim at. If he says "March" then that is okay but walking around without knowing anything is really bugging me.
I don't really care when update will be but I want a hint or something, something to aim at.

Now this thread isnt about who's got a life, and who hasnt! Let's drop the insults and be polite instead. This thread already contains alot of off-topic "spam". :duh:

The update will come when it comes. And who's got a life surely does not have anyhting to do with the timeing of the update.

Quite, that was totally uncalled for. It's not up to you to decide how people prioritise their lives, not least a total stranger. I personally can't see anything that makes you stand out above anyone else on these forums apart from your arrogance. For the love of god grow up a bit and have some respect for others. -1 rep to you.
