I wouldn't believe G-Unit to come to Cheltenham, especially in hesters way.

I do have fond memories of watching Jonathan Ross when both G-Unit and Alan Davies were on. Alan was on first, and Jonathan asked what he thought of G-Unit, and it was at this moment that Alan finally realised that he had been miss-reading the G-Unit T-Shirts that they were wearing.

surely by law even if the ticket ses no refunds you are by law allowed a refund as you purchased a ticket for a band of which you didn't get so the product that you bought wasn't up to what they had advertised.

if you buy something and get an empty box you can get a refund or if the goods are faulty, surely this is the same thing, you bought a concert ticket and the concert is empty. They only put the refund thing on to stop people from actually complaining to the right people,

The thing is that when you purchase the ticket with the Terms&Conditions you agree to those not matter what they say. It's been held up in courts that the terms can restrict rights granted by the government such as free speech etc. While it stinks there's probably no recourse open as I'm sure this isn't uncommon.
