Yeah, a monitor would be really sexy with that theme.
But it would mean more work to you, cause I'd also want to see the kb and mouse and maybe the speaksers in the same style.

 

ok, i've decided i will do my TFT in the same style, provided i have enough of the leatherette left after i;ve lined the inside of the case, and depending on the structure of my TFT, i may only do the front frame.. just to incorporate it...

as for keyboard and mouse... they would be too difficult to do in these materials.. if i can find some sheet plastic with fur on, i may give forming a cover for my keyboard/mouse

as for the actual project case in hand... i still have much to do... but i do need to get some supplies first... some clear perspex... i would like to have RiPz and www.binary-pulse.co.uk inversely etched into it.. so if anyone knows how i could do this, or if anyone can do this for me, i'd be very thankful..

things i NEED to buy:
window
2x white cold cathodes
various transistors / optoelectronics / switches
2x clear fans

i would also like a pretty small metal plate on the front which will contain things like the power LED, switch, and a small logo etched.. will do a design soon.. if anyone here is willing to machine it for me.. i'd like that, i dont have any metal working tools unfortunately

I did a furry mod also, but its not as close to this...
I had long furry, and it get off and went everywhere , but this will work!

Thanks for all the praise guys, being modest as i am, it's turned out a lot nicer as i expected it to when i started

its not leather, it's leatherette.. and i didnt pay anything for it...

i CAN tell you what my uncle said to me... REAL leather is about £15 a meter, and that's on a 1.5m wide roll, so it's not cheap.. the leatherette, i'd expect to be about £10 - £12 per meter, again on a 1.5m wide roll... why, planning on copying me ?! /me copyrights.. or.. something

leatherette is a more animal friendly alternative to leather, its basically plastic but with a fine leatherl-like grain on it

 

So basically leatherette is fake leather, or?
And yeah, I was about to copy you, but because the leatherette is that expensive per meter, I think I'll forget it.

About the case: Where are you going to put the CD drive in?
