ok when i got my g15 keybaord, the newest version, some keys dint work but then they startyed working, i dont know if i did somthing or what but they have stoped working, does any 1 know why
I'm not sure, a few people have said they had problems and it was some switch or lock on the keyboard, i myself own the first generation (old flip up lcd, blue LED one) and i never had any problems. If you can't figure out the problem, just RMA it.
That would be my advice too. You've received a faulty product - such that it "isn't fit for the purpose it was intended". Your'e perfectly entitled, therefore, to request a replacement... at no additional cost to yourself That said... you may be asked to pay for the return postage? But you should be refunded those postage costs, after they've tested the keyboard.
ok thx, ill send it back soon as possible, but i dont now why it did this befor and started working, thx anyways
