ok, ive been looking for some Koss HV/1 series haedphones (late 1970s) for ages. my grandparents have a pair and they are most definately the best sounding headphones i have ever listened to, even driven off of my ipod. i was wondering if anybody knew where i could find some? my search efforts have been extensive and fruitless. and my grandparents are unwilling to part with theirs. thank you much, Simon
I haven't seen those specific 'phnes Simon... but may I suggest getting in contact with places which do sell Koss headphones - or at least specialise in headphones, to see if they can get them for you/advise you where to look? Set up an Ebay favourite search and set it to email you whenever it finds something. Also there's the 'want it now' feature they've got now, but I don't know how that works... I'll try it one day. And if you don't have any luck with that, you could do a lot worse than a new pair of Grado phones.
yeah i deard those grados are really good...but i like old heaphones for some reason, they sound deep and warm. theyre heavy too. dont feel cheap.
