9. A/V Converter (so I can play it on my monitor)

As you can probably guess lots and lots of money and thats before import and VAT duties

As for the total I dont want to add it up ill probably have a heart attack!

You would probably be able to pick a Gamecube up pritty cheap in Singapore you have to mod it tho to play USA games

Maybe I should have got Spawny to pick it up for me it would have been quicker than UPS delivering it to me

 

How much did you have to pay?

I work for a company that is allways sending staff to HK / Asia - I know the usa/jap mod is just 2 wires and a switch. so how many HK$ would a cube+monkey ball cost - Anyone know a reliable company based out there who will deliver to a hotel in HK.

 

is that a regular sized cd kevo ... looks real small

 

gamecubes discs are 3.5" and they hold loads more than any playstation disc can

 

Im not on the side of PS2 ... infact I hate Sony for ever inventing the PS series..... anyhow Nintendo have done themself mischeif yet again with this console .... if only they had been sensible enuff to use DVD's many more people would buy it for the dvd playback aswell!

 

Miaymoto's point about that was that Nintendo are a games company, not a DVD or Electronics company and he doesn't want people to buy his console for the sole purpose of playing DVDs so they assosiate Nintendo with them rather than the games. Also, the smaller CDs are gonna be harder to pirate. I have seen any in the shops to buy yet, have u? DVD burners are already around.
