Windows Game uninstalling itself!

    Hi All

    So a weird thing happened. I was playing Bioshock Remastered yesterday and it froze at one point, the audio continued but the visuals totally locked up and I had to hard reset my machine. But I came to play it today and steam says its not even installed! Ideas on what the hell happened?

    Corrupted files? iirc steam will totally overlook an installed game if a particular file is missing.

    Well, I went to reinstall it in steam and it just instantly installed, so I'm guessed steam bugged out in some way! Really odd though.
