    Game cube for me

Every single thing about grabbed me,
I wasn't particually impressed by the other two, I especially hated the horrid x box controller.:sigh:
Content wise I guess we will have to wait and see, but the arguments that its only for kids and its graphics arn't up are rather ridiculous, they seem to me more to be attempts at clutching at straws than pointing out real flaws in the console.

I agree with that, It kills of ALL arguments about the X box is best simply because its faster, because a Pc will kick it in the shins every time.

A console comes down to the games, not the hardware.
And you can't exactly get 4 people crowded round a pc, can you?

Ok, so you can- but lets admit its certainly not pretty!

u sure ? isnt the GameCube being marketed at a younger audience ? why would they release a game with an 18 certificate for a console that is designed for kids ?

PS. I know older ppl have em too ;) but it was supposed to be for younger ppl I believe

/me still has his NES & master system wired up 8 bit technology feel the power when you could get through the first level of sonic in 8 seconds if you timed your button presses right

i dunno about you but the classic consoles
nes, master system, mega drive, snes & the N64 have some of the best games (ok the graphics arent very good but there fun to play)

Just to clear this up, an 18 certificate doesn't mean its game for adults.
Duke Nukem anyone? These kind of games are aimed at teenage boys, an 18 certificate is an effictive way of advertising these games to that market. They certainly aren't grown up by any stretch of the imagination.

A game doesn't have to be a Triple X rated certified gorefest to be enjoyable to anyone over the age of 12 you know.

AN example of the top of my head...... ....= Spiderman, great fun, and its certainly not babyified.

I HIGHLY doubt that GT3 will come the the GameCube, the makers of that game are polyphony who are owned by sony, at least i think so, thus it would be stupid to let them develop for another console then their own.

look at the copyright on their site for one indication, http://www.polyphony.co.jp/

You've got arms right? Do what I've done in the past. Throw a bottle at their heads. Works a treat and if you angle it properly they won't know it was you :D

Considering the filthy bugger that you are when it comes to an overnight LAN, the further the better :D;)
