    My thoughts exactly. I actually spoke with the marketting manager from Firaxis about this and had a couple of replies from the lead dev about doing such a project, they love the idea.

    I'm hoping to get stuck in with some modding work this summer to make some custom maps with a bit more "verticality" for MP within the base game and changing some basic variables (points systems). Go on from there with character models and textures.

    The fundamentals are already in the XCOM game; line of sight, turn-based, points, skills, % hit, damage, critical wounds, load-outs, reloads, cover, list goes on and on.

    Of all the games that they should bring out, Necromunda is one that I see that could absolutely storm the turn-based gaming scene if done right.

    quietly hopes for a BattleFleet Gothic game as well ^_^

    or Gothic to return to the tabletop ( even if that means failcast )
