My cron bits from a far away land still haven't been dispatched, , order was placed on the 17th Oct. Says "Seller will deliver items within 13 days", whether that means dispatch or get to me, no idea, starting to think they aint gonna come, . Some on aliexpress that are half the price anyway, so might just order them from there instead.

Blood Angels Strike Force- 12 models Captain Karlean, 5 terminators, 5 death company, and a death company dreadnought Phodian Annihilation Swarm- 13 models Spawn of Cryptus (broodlord), 8 genestrealers, 3 warriors, and a carnifex End times and Shield of Baal books have gone to softback.
BOOM! Thanatar arrived and other than one small mis-casting on a leg piece (easily corrected with some filing, it seems to be absolutely perfect! FW can kiss my ass from now on anyway!
So sorely tempted by a Mechanicum force to support my pretty purple princes... Or "c**k-goblins" as my opponents have come to know them when I play 40k. Any suggestions?
A Mechanicum force would be very cool. expensive, but cool. Plus you'd get to field some odd weapons. I managed to pick up 3 Ork Deffkopters still on sprue for £6 each which I thought was pretty good. Going to be keeping my eyes open for a few more I think
Blood Angles codex, tactical squad, Sanguinary priest are confirmed- painting guide and spray paint etc will also be released. Talk of a terminator box and another character ie Dante Smaug is done will be about £300 online only- takes up two pages of the wd, hobbit lake town miniatures as well.
Grabbed a bit of a bargain on Ebay this week again. 15x Ork Lootas for £30. They are all built, pretty well cleaned of mould lines, the bases are sanded and they are basecoated with Mournfang Brown which, whilst not the colour I would have used, should be OK as I can go silver straight over that no problem and I just need to slap on a white base for the skin washes I use. I would have had to Pay £62 to get that amount in GW as each £15.50 set only gives you 4. I have another bunch at home which will take me up to my 2 x 10 man squads - Lotsa dakka!! At the moment there are orks everywhere on my desk and more boxes of them stacked up, not even started on the stompa, the Gorkanaught is partly built, I have 3 x Deffkoptas to paint as well as another 20 boyz (at least). All the grots are done (thankfully) but 2 of the meganobz still need to be started as well as the 2 trukks, 1 battlewagon and the dakkajet. Good job I have a week off coming up very soon...
Been doing more selling of warhammer recently, cleaning out some of my stuff that I'm never going to get around to, and selling some of the stuff I'd bought to paint and then sell. Sold a well painted SM Captain for £4.50 which I bought for £3 unpainted. Sold a well painted DA Captain Balthasar for £5 which I bought for £1.86. Sold a well painted Kranon for £4.50. So I may have bought a few more Dark Angel bits, like Balthasar, Tactical Squad and Bike Squad to paint up and sell on to try and make a bit of money, also got a squad of Chaos Cultists, all for a total of £20 inc postage. Thinking I might sell off all my Ultramarines too, as they're just sitting on my shelf not doing anything, and I've probably got £100 worth of models there.
BA next week have assult terminators and a new librarian, also with the final shield of Baal book is realeased Exterminatus, +necrons get dataslates and usual hobbit release. 4th End times Skaven is due for January- only Necrons and sisters for 40k to be updated in 2015.
Forge World have a new puzzle character possibly either Dorn or Sigismund. 4th End times Skaven for the first few weeks of January, then Necrons at the end of Jan is the current list for January.
