Just jump on tram it's the easiest way and tram is like £3 last timei used it.

So mad I'm being forced to work, my colleague pulled the he has a family card knowing I had plans to get out of it.

I hope you have fun today guys!

I'm still feeling like poo (not helped by my idiot of a neighbour who decided 11PM last night was a good time to have one of his mobile phone calls out in his garden, and is the kind of tosser who doesn't realise that you don't have to yell through the damn thing for the other person to hear you), so still going to be a no-show for me.

    Hopefully there'll be another time.

I’m leaving in about 10 mins, and it’s about 2.5-3hrs to get there.

Well, now you know what I look like

I’m driving a black 25-plate Volvo EX30, in case anyone happens to see it pulling up.

you driving down the M42 by any chance ?

just looking at when you hit Birmingham from Cardiff, your choice is M42 through Tamworth or A38 through Lichfield, both of which i can get to pretty easily by the time you passing through if you are ok with a detour

    -edit-
im guessing you missed this XD

I'm sorry guys, I'm going to have to pull out. My wife was up all night being sick. The last time this happened in this weather she ended up in hospital for a week with horrendous dehydration.

Not sure that I want to leave to her own devices as she either won't drink because she feels sick or won't drink because she'll go back to sleep.

    Have fun

I did indeed miss this, I’m afraid! We’ve just pulled up; it looks like you’re the only other that can make it today, so will drop you a PM.

No worries, health takes priority over everything else. Hope she feels better.

She's managing thank you. Got just over a litre of drink back in her so far with a bit of salty goodness to nom. Just made up some electrolyte drink (good old Pocari Sweat for anyone who knows it) and will get her on that too. She'll be fine, not the first time it has happened and it sure as hell won't be the last.

Today's journey was brought to you by the number '69' (nice).

Popped to a charger on the way home, wanted to get the car to at least 70%... but I couldn't not finish the charge at 69% (nice)...

Don't worry about the 'PLS SERVICE ME KTHX' icon, it was just washer fluid - forgot to top up before leaving....

And by the time I got home, the estimated remaining range was... 69 (nice) miles...

    Good to hear it

See, this is what happens when I go to WHW, Bugman's is unavailable .

Good to meet you, good to put another face to a name/username . Took me a little longer to get back, I was reversing onto my drive at about 7:15pm

I'm absolutely gutted the Megatrakk Scrapjet has been discontinued. It was on my "cool models to buy because they are cool" list.

There was one on Amazon for a few quid over retail, but that got snapped up before I made my mind up. Can't find any new ones, and it feels wrong to buy one that's already been painted. Especially when they haven't drilled the gun barrels and not cleaned up sprue/join lines very well.

I hear you. I was just looking at ebay and going through some orky bits and they are going for £60+ now for an unbuilt one... Nope

And as for buying a built and painted one, again nope for the same reasons as you, that and I want to build it myself, the building part is the best bit for me.

I wonder why it has been scrapped, it is not an old model, none of those buggies are.
