    Gaming Rig(Need some help)

I posted this about 6 days ago, it started on the 2nd page so no one could see.

    Hello there!

So I've been out of the hardware loop for almost three years now. I was thinking of building a new computer. Mine runs fine on what I currently do which is just play minor games(HoN, Rift, SC2, used to play WoW) --Nothing like Crysis.....But I just wanted to see what the best advice would be for getting a new computer built.

    Budget:1k(since I won't be needing a monitor)

    Main uses of intended build:Gaming!

Parts required:CPU,Mobo,Gfx card, PSU,Case(and case fans), heatsink, HDD(Don't really want to spend the extra money on a SDD as well, Ram, Can't think of anything else. At work so I may have left something out. I already have a monitor and an optical drive.

Previous build information (list details of parts):Computer was made around March of 08'
Antec 900 Black Steel ATX Mid Tower (case)
GIGABYTE GA-P35-DS3L LGA 775 Intel P35 ATX All Solid Capacitor Intel Motherboard
EVGA 512-P3-N801-AR GeForce 8800 GT 512MB 256-bit GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Gfx card
610W PSU (PC power and cooling S61EPS
    Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 2.4Ghz
    G.SKILL 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Dual Channel Kit
Seagate Barracuda 7200.10 ST3250410AS 250GB 7200 RPM SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive -Bare Drive
    Win Vista 64Bit(I'm stupid?)
Artic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro Rev.2 92mm Fluid Dynamic CPU cooler

Monitor resolution:I'll have to update this when I get home

Storage requirements:My HD is now 240, so 1tb will be more than fine I'm sure

will you be overclocking: yes/no (delete as required) If it's a good idea(like do the pro's outweigh the cons)---I currently have my CPU overclocked and it works fine with no problems so if I can ensure this, then there will be no problem with saying "yes"

Any motherboard requirements (no. of USB, Xfire/SLI, fan headers):I'm kind of a newbie in terms of SLI, never really got interested in it, is it that amazing having 2 cards?

Extra information about desired system:Nothing I can think of right now, just some ideas. From researching---these are just my notes. And I don't currently have Windows 7 although I wish I did....Is there a difference in the 32/64bit versions if they even exist?

Here is the list of what I'm really considering. I really want top performance in most games that I play, mostly MMO's. Not sure about case/PSU, I do have a Antec Nine Hundred Black Steel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case, and my PSU from my old computer I could use PC Power and Cooling S61EPS 610W Continuous @ 40°C EPS12V SLI Certified CrossFire Ready.
Here are the things I was thinking of though :::::

    Thermaltake Frio Overclocking-Ready Intel Core i7 (six-core ready) & i5 Compatible Five 8mm Heatpipes

    Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 64-bit English 1-Pack

SAMSUNG Spinpoint F3 HD103SJ 1TB 7200 RPM SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive -Bare Drive

    CORSAIR Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model CMZ8GX3M2A1600C9B

Intel Core i5-2500K Sandy Bridge 3.3GHz (3.7GHz Turbo Boost) LG

    MSI N560GTX-TI Twin Frozr II/OC GeForce GTX 560 Ti (Fermi) 1GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0

    MSI P67A-GD53 (B3) LGA 1155 Intel P67 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard
Thank you so much in advance!!

For 1K you can easily slip an SSD in to the equation, either that or get a great monitor!

What model and resolution is the monitor you currently own?

    Sorry for the slow response.

I'm currently using a 1680x1050, 23'' Widescreen gateway monitor. SSD's are pretty expensive no? Whatever it takes to get great FPS in the MMO's is what I'll go for though =) (Last comment pertaining to the GPU/monitor)
