Women find we give our computers more attention then we do them, so?

Where's the hardcore gaming chicks, that play hard and game hard.

Does anyone have one?
Did you have to mod her first?
Is she overclocked?
Does she enjoy using your force feedback joystick, if not, why not?
Can she kick your as* at any games

Someone must have one?

I know the odd famous porn star associate with [H] Ocp but come on real world stuff please.

 

My missus constantly complains about the amount of time I spend on the computer. She's been known to put in a couple of hours of Solitaire games in her time though

I tried to teach her how to play HalfLife once, but she just couldn't get to grips with it. Using the mouse and keyboard at the same time to do different things was just too much for her.

my missus was playing colin mcrae rally 2 on this very computer yesterday.

she knows i like being on the computer, so she doesn't bother me if i'm on it.

im in the same position as Rich, no missus, no gf no problems

but my sister plays worms on my pc if i leave it for more than 10 minutes ....

 

What is it with women and worms (nice game, but not that nice!). Never mind.

I just use whatever the default key layout is.. when you have skill, you don't need keyboard configuration..

 

then, i challenge you to a game of CS

 

I use zxcv - alternate, crouch, straife left + right. Everything else is on the mouse.

 

I use the arrow keys - others get in the way. I still have enough other keys around for a full set for CS/Q3A though. However i am a lefty, but can play both

I agree though, more women should play online. Especially war games - i dont mean "Petz online" or no $hitz like that.

My girl absoloutely adores Atomic Bomberman. Tried to teach her to play Quake 3, she doesn't have the reactions She doesn't mind me spending time with the computer though, which is nice

 

Yea why is that women dont have the reactions?? i find that a lot. Trying to get some of my female m8s to have a go and admittedly they didnt know the keys but thier reaction timing was terrible!
/me now NEVER gets in a car with them!

i use wasd like a true professional but uhjk is just as wikkid when it comes down to it

 

So if you've using a combination in the shape of wasd, which keys do you tend to use for jump and crouch?

And has anyone mapped some function keys to their intellimouse so they can be used in nearly all games?

 

Nah, not mapped, but my halflife keys are wasd, e for jump, q for crouch, left mouse is fire, right mouse is alt fire, wheel is next/prev weapon, big intellimouse button is reload, small button is use. works a treat!
