Hey, I have a 10mb dsl line and got an average latency of 200ms when playing online games while my friends have about 50-60ms. Who is your ISP? How far are you from the exchange? Which servers and games are you playing on? That should help give more accurate solutions. Also run a test on http://www.speedtest.net to see what you are actually getting from your connection.
