Really? I hooked up my laptop to the TVs VGA and it looked fine to me (full, 1920x1080 resolution too). It's been a couple of weeks since I emailed Sony although I did get a courtesy reply a few days ago stating that they've passed the question onto the technicians. We'll see...
nice! yeah, but my sony was a kdl40k... (or something like that, a few years older). you dont need to ask sony about latency then, watch both screens at the same time and do some testing. i found it easiest to discern latency by picking a "twitchy" fps with massive light/dark contrast (avp2000).
