    i have $1600 amount to spend on a gaming PC, any sugestions?

    i wiant to be able to play Far Cry, HL2, Battle for Middle Earth, F.E.A.R., etc.

    Just roughly, perhaps something along these lines:

    1GB Crucial Ballistix/OCZ Platinum
    Asus A8N Deluxe
    XFX/PNY/some other 7800GT
    Tagan TG480-U22 or Hiper Type-R 580W
    Seagate Barracuda 7200.8/7200.9 250GB

    Have a go yourself, list some specs then ask for advice :) That way you learn about what you're buying.
