Not good enough IMO. That's not the fault of the accused (well some aren't even accused of anything yet). There's been more than enough time to gather evidence. They should be brought to trial with what's at hand and see what happens from there. Justice is [theoretically] blind and impartial. We can't let our personal feelings on someone sway how the system works.
