It was 10AM - 12 to be collected, or they get posted to you.
But many people will need them sooner to bring down for enrollment for college.

    Congratulations those with decent results.
Those disappointed, don't worry. No one really cares about them when you're older.

And for those who haven't got them yet, good luck!

This is making me feel old too, it was almost a decade ago when I got mine :sigh:

Not always true... I would say that in some jobs it's very important. I wasn't even asked about any grades.

I got a C in Geography and D's for Business, ICT and Design Technology

Basically, I couldn't be bothered any more after GCSE's and I gave up.

I've got a cool job now and all the people I know apart from 1 are still on the bottom rung of the ladder. Regardless of their A levels.

Got a second choice? Go around looking at colleges, or have a talk with the career guy at your school, he gets paid for a reason.
    Apprenticeships?

We'd be able to tell you more if we knew what you wanted to do. Something like engineering or science and you're stuffed if you don't do a-levels/sixth form, others, not so much.

Ok thanks, well i dont think i'll be able to speak to the career's guy because im not allowed back to school.

And i dont want to do anything in science or engineering so thats ok i suppose. Im quite interested in the technical side of theatre, used to do quite alot of it for my school.

just got back from the beach/drinking and im pretty happy with my results.
    A*: Spanish
A: Maths; Physics; ICT; English; English Literature
    B: Biology; Chemistry; Business
    C: RE

They're pretty much what i expected except for ICT which i thought would be A* and business at least an A.

    Same year as me:blush:
Did pretty bad at GCSE due to playing too much sport and not studying. Skip a few years *cough* and I'm now a Senior Electronics Engineer working for a major Defence contractor in the UK. I think standards must be dropping cos I'm not exactly the brightest spark.:D
