What are the temps out of interest?

 

I just got a chance to play it for the first time! Oh my god ITS EFFIN AWESOME! (yes, in CAPS)

 

I went a solid 5 rounds of team deathmatch where I got MVP, MVP2 or MVP3 every round.


BTW I remapped and now I can fly with a 360 controller

 

When I try do that....it will not let me remap the keys to something else. E.g. I want to have flares on the left bumper button. No matter how I set it up it stays on Y.

 

Does anyone else have the game crash the 1st time you try to join a server, then it works fine afterwards?

When the "loading level" pops up in the bottom left hand corner of Battlelog I always get the "stopped working" message on the 1st attempt, but after that it works without a problem.

 

Yup, I have the same problem, but I'm not too worried because it works perfectly after that .

 

Yep I get the same problem, plus mine crashes if I play for more than 1 round, if I go for a second it will just crash towards the end which is really annoying because I lose all my points from the game, so I'm having to close the game and rejoin each round

 

Wow, that is bad. Fortunately that doesn't happen to me. Have you tried re-installing?

In baby words, by installing Origin you are allowing EA to share all your PC software activity, and as we know we're required to have it to play BF3.

 

Struggling to find the complete EULA, don't suppose you have a complete unabridged copy do you?

It's an important issue, but I don't think it needs to be discussed in this thread, honestly.
There's ongoing discussion about the matter here.

Probably better to keep this one focused on the game itself and not the surrounding nonsense and Origin frustrations etc.

Has anyone else found the glitch that unlocks everything? I went into customization and I had every weapon and perk for every class (in vehicles I haven't played yet), not particually fun... Was enjoying unlocking everything for support!

 

Opinion so far?

EPIC! Loving it. My only gripe is not being able to save, and save points sometimes being very far apart, which makes some repetitive catch ups should you get something wrong.

My GTX580 copes well at 2560x1600, but motion blur and shadow details are on high, not ultra. It bogs down slightly at this res with everything on ultra.

This game at 2560x1600 is awesome.

I'm struggling to find fault with it.

I've not played anything but campaigns yet. Not played multi plater at all. I'm making it last. I hate finishing/getting bored with games too fast.

Say what?!? I hope they fix that as it makes a mockery of the unlock system.

 

Nono, the whole thing. usually starts with definitions of things like "the application".

 

Oddly to launch the game you dont need origin, i auto sign in to battlelog and just click MP from my browser, may true origin and see i can still play.
