I tried to stop Draca in his tracks whilst he was in the LAV...and I was in the MAV...Needless to say...it didn't work..

Once Draca is in anything mechanized, you're in trouble.

Although I loved SOFLAM'n him last night on Wake. Brought me joy!

 

Tell me about it, I was gunning for him for awhile. Though I did take out some JAV/Soflam combos at E at one point!

Not as many C4 kills last night as I'd have hoped. And still need to work on my k/d ratio xD

 

Looking forward to joining in with the Aria match this time.

 

Just gone back and tried the MP in stereo 3d and I am not seeing the annoying flicker I saw before. It's actually very playable but the biggest issue is the drop in screen brightness. I was playing in a sunlit room though.

One thing that's crucial is to adjust the stereo depth. I'm using the v2 3d glasses and there is a depth control wheel on the pyramid (don't know if the v1 box has that?). With the depth set to between 35% it's very playable.

Just came across some more players that should uninstall the game, Op Metro servers are fun when you are with a good squad/team. But hell team I was on couldnt hold B to save thier sorry lifes.

Almost instantly lost it soon as the game began.

Needless to say I left the match!

Might not be on for a couple days due to coursework necessities =[. Looking forward to this Aria rematch though. Also where's Deadbolt been the last few days? I miss his MG36.

@Marine: the MAV did manage to stutter/slow down the LAV though, haha

 

Just had a Op Metro with Zeamath and Jester. Brought the ticket deficite back from 400 down to winning with 9 tickets to spare!!

Dom, totally pissed you off yesterday with my AS VAL.

And yeah, wyx, the Holo Sight seems made for the VAL, it's clear, it's oddly accurate and for some reason it does well. I will try the PKA 3.4 later on when i get it though. Methinks it might do a bit better in mid range.

 

That you did my friend, I will be gunning for you next time you are online. I may swear at people on Mumble who kill me, but generally I don't get too pizzed off simply because it is a game. Only get annoyed when noobs tube me or the team I am on sucks!

 

I need to get your tags. Honestly I've stopped caring about KDR and resorted to using insane tacticts to use C4. I mean I am handy with a gun and all, but C4 and explosives is my new specialty if anything.

I do likes BF3 but am taking a break from the multiplayer for a few days. Have yet to do any voice comm gaming.

 

Contrary to what you say, I've logged on about 50-ish hours since December. Seeing as that's not that much time at all. I'd hardly say obsessed. Although I don't think I can say that about Draca.

 

Where have I spread any false information? The question was what the Javelin is good for if it can't lock onto air vehicles. The Javelin does exactly as I said. It will lock onto tanks allowing for easier long range kills than with an unguided rocket. It also does more damage when the target is laser painted.

Never said that it can't, never said that it won't.

Sorry bud, was reading your comment in light of the one that was quoted in your post. Just to clarify, the Javelin can and will still be able to lock onto air vehicles in the next patch - although it may not be an instakill anymore.

What can I say, the game is fantastic even if elements of it are bugged and frustrating at times. The amount of enjoyment you can get from playing with a good squad, good team, it reminds me of the CS 1.6 days
